At NRAA, we offer an all-inclusive program that is designed to get your phones ringing! Our Dine-A-Cards© are a straightforward, easy, and cost-effective resource - great for every restaurant looking to grow their business.

1: Call To See If Your Area Is Available
To ensure exclusivity in your area, we maintain a strict policy of only allowing 1 restaurant within each 20,000 households.

2: Discuss With a Representative Your Marketing vision
We want to know what your advertising goals are so we can do everything possible to help you attain them. NRAA has been working with restaurants for over three years and knows the business well. You can be assured that when you call you will be treated with top professionalism and service.

3: Find a Comfortable Budget
We have designed our One-Time and Consistent Programs to meet a wide range of budgets. Whether you decide on a one-time mailing or a six-time consistent campaign, we're here for you and are dedicated towards providing the best service and highest quality product for your money.

5: Make Down Payment
Either a single flat fee for our one-time mailing or an initial payment for our six-time mailing. Payments accepted include a personal or business check, Visa or Mastercard. Please see attached credit card approval form for more information.

6: Spend Thirty Minutes On a Phone Interview
At this time we gather further information about the food and restaurant as a whole (when it started, how many years the Owner has been in the restaurant industry, chef/ food philosophy, slogan, etc.), marketing goals and objectives (overview, concerns, etc.), and the vision of the brochure (mandatory things to include/leave out, etc.).

7: NRAA Designs Your Brochure
Depending on which program you choose, we will either custom design your Dine- A-Card© or insert your text into a pre-designed Dine-A-Card© template. (Dine-A-Cards © are 8.5" x 11" brochures folded in half.)

8: Send Proof To Client
If you choose the One-Time Program, a first proof is sent to you within 48 hours of receiving all text and photos. For the Consistent Program, a customized first proof is sent to you within 72 hours of receiving all text and photos.

9: Owner/ Manager Approves Proof
Before we do anything, we need to receive a final approval of the proof of your Dine- A-Card©. If the owner/manager is not completely satisfied with the first proof, we will continue to make corrections until we receive a final approval to go to print.

10: Go To Print
We work alongside the best printers in Colorado to ensure optimal quality in printing. This process usually takes three to four days to complete.

11: While at Print, We Map Your Area
Because you know your area the best, we not only work with you, but we use advanced technology to determine the best area to mail your Dine-A-Cards© to as well. Geographical and demographical data helps us decide on the most receptive area. Exclusively for our Consistent Program, we choose two zones to mail to, one that is very specific to your target criteria, and another that can be moved around to test areas.

12: Order The List
Once we have decided on what area to mail to, we order the list of addresses within that zone. This list will be given to the mail house, who in turn labels the printed Dine- A-Cards©.

13: Dine-A-Cards© Go To Mail House
After your Dine-A-Cards© are printed, they are sent directly to the mail house where we store them in Denver, Colorado.

14: Send An Invoice
Prior to mailing your Dine-A-Cards©, we send you an invoice to pay the postage for mailing. Once we receive your check or credit card payment, we mail your first piece. (If you have a credit card on file, we will email you your statement to you).

15: Your Dine-A-Cards© Are Mailed
If doing more than one mailing, in about 30 days, or planned drop #2, another invoice is sent for postage and after receiving your 2nd check or credit card payment, we begin the next mailing (consistency).
